Faulty product

All of our devices offer a 2 Year Warranty period as standard. If during the first 2 years of use your device develops a fault and you have registered your product with us or have proof of purchase and the fault is not due to misuse, we will replace the device.

  • Before completing the warranty claim form, please ensure that you have read the troubleshooting section of the user manual.
  • Please complete the following form and submit

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your warranty claim. We will immediately notify you on the status of your claim after inspecting the item.

If we find no fault, we will return the device to you at your cost.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by the following:

  1. Accident, misuse, abuse or alteration
  2. Connection to an incorrect power source
  3. Use with unauthorized accessories

If your claim is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

My skin is so hydrated

I suffer from seborrheic dermatitis

I’ve suffered from seborrheic dermatitis for about 15 years. Creams work, but temporarily, my wife found faceLITE for me and suggested we give it a bash. I think It bothers her more than me!!
