1. Photosensitivity

If you purchased one of our devices and carried out a photosensitivity test and your skin felt HOT or uncomfortable then you must STOP using the device immediately and return the device to us within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.

• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item must have no physical signs of continued use
• You must complete this form and enclose it with the items you are returning.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Have you had a reaction using our device?

Immediately after treatment your skin may appear red, but your skin should return to normal within 1-2 hours. Temporary headaches immediately following the light treatment may occur. Headaches can be treated with an appropriate pain killer and rehydration.
